I am a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and an entrepreneur, a woman that I can be proud of! I’ve been through my fair share of "LIFE". I have defiantly felt overwhelmed by life’s demands and the chaos inside my head and one day I woke up and I asked myself "How did I get here?". I was 60 pounds over weight, in a very troubled marriage, miserable as can be, and I couldn't see the light at the end of the turn. I was drowning and no one could hear me, let alone save me. I was in a deep despair and depression. I just knew that I was not living the life that was meant for me. I really had to work on myself and really had to figure out what was right for me and not for everyone else. This lead me to make the hardest decision of my life, I ended a marriage of 16 years.
At that moment, when I found myself to say no and then unravel the life that I was living, he left me with $86 in our bank account while taking care of 3 kids on my own. I went from being a stay-at-home mom for 8 years to provider. I was scared and on my own for the first time in my life, often just holding on by the seat of my pants. I never thought that I was able or even CAPABLE of being on my own, let alone with 3 kids. Now I can say I am an Entrepreneur living on my terms and now it's time for me to give back. To live my life's purpose, to be in service to others, to inspire, to give a piece of my life to others, to live in a place of love.
My services aim to introduce awareness, clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. Most importantly, I want to help you achieve the best possible self which can lead to a life you never dreamed of.
